Making Choices

Coaching for mid life focuses on identifying those issues in your life that have created the crisis. Anytime there’s a crisis, it indicates that something in life is not in sync. It might be that your career is not meeting your expectations, or it might be that your relationships are unsatisfactory.

The mid life has a time factor in that people look at their lives and admit to themselves that they have left their youth behind. This can create a feeling of desperation that things must be changed if they are ever going to find happiness. Out of desperation can come behaviors which are regretted.

By taking advantage of coaching for mid life, you can learn how to take control of your life and make productive changes that make sense. The life coaching program focuses on helping you identify where your life is not meeting your core values and goals. From there you can begin the process of making changes, if necessary, to bring your life into congruence.

In affect, you systematically reinvent yourself in a way that isn’t rash and doesn’t involve taking actions which violate your standards. You evaluate what you want out of the next phase of your life.

Age is just a number, and at any stage of your life you can stop and evaluate where you are and how you feel about your life.
