Coaching for mid life focuses on identifying those issues in your life
that have created the crisis. Anytime there’s a crisis, it indicates
that something in life is not in sync. It might be that your career is
not meeting your expectations, or it might be that your relationships
are unsatisfactory.
The mid life has a time factor in that people look at their lives and
admit to themselves that they have left their youth behind. This can
create a feeling of desperation that things must be changed if they are
ever going to find happiness. Out of desperation can come behaviors
which are regretted.
