Losing Weight and Emotional Baggage
Life coach goals can really help with any area of your life needing improvement. For many people this means losing weight. The best way to lose weight though is by incorporating healthy values in your lifestyle. For example, if you value healthy food instead of artery clogging foods full of fat, then you are much more likely to choose the right foods.
But it really gets down to determining what principles you want to follow as you age. You have to make your health a priority and that’s where a life coach can help.
