Different Day

There’s a very cynical expression that basically says another day has gone by and the same negative happenings occurred once again. It’s as if people are saying they just let life happen to them and they have to accept whatever comes their way. As a result, the thoughts of these people are numbed so they don’t have to deal with the problems.

Losing control of your thoughts is never good, because in effect you’re saying that you will just let whatever happens occur without interference. This means you don’t ever make conscious decisions about your priorities or your needs or your goals.
